A standard design counts as one. A simple infographic counts as 1.25, a premium design as 1.5, and a detailed infographic as two — they take proportionally more work. Up to three unused designs roll over to the following month.

The clock starts once we have your brief and assets. ‘Final delivery’ assumes one revision round with feedback returned promptly; each additional round adds one business day from the point we receive it.

Terms.
Monthly packages are billed in advance. One-off designs are 50% to start, 50% on delivery. Up to three unused package designs roll over one month. Either side can pause or cancel a package with 30 days' notice. Stock photography, licensed fonts and printing costs are not included and are billed at cost where required.
